In the Corporate Operations role, you’ll be the first point of contact for internal technical support. This position will entail working directly with all levels of the company and various external vendors.
Utilizing your incredible troubleshooting and communication skills, you'll make sure that technical issues never get in the way of the productivity and creativity of the Dropbox team, and also find new and creative ways for Dropboxers to help themselves.


  • Possess great communication skills and work well with people

  • Be the first point of contact with the user for issues regarding equipment, email, and IT requests

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, and know when to escalate if unable to resolve

  • Work both directly with people as well as manage online tickets

  • Update documentation for end user reference

  • Requirements

  • Avid Dropbox user and lover of technology

  • 2+ years knowledge and experience with Mac OS X troubleshooting & support

  • 1 + years experience with Windows troubleshooting & support

  • Working knowledge of Linux (copying/moving files, changing permissions, killing processes)

  • Understanding of how to fix most basic networking issues (e.g.: wifi, connectivity)

  • Some server, network, or phone system background
