Partner with the Product and Engineering lead to conceive, plan, and deliver effective front-end solutions, with attention to detail and quality.
Work with other devs in the team, QA and product to maintain the quality of the web application.
Passionate about architecting solutions that make UI responsive along with an ability to identify, debug and remove performance bottlenecks.
Participate as an influential member of the UX team to guide the UX vision, maintain consistency and help build our design culture.

3 or more years of design industry experience (corporate, software, web, agency experience)
Exposure to UI frameworks such as Angular JS, JQuery, YUI or D3.
Exposure to languages such as PHP or Python preferred but not necessary.
Exposure to infrastructure tools such as Nginx, Apache, or Node is a plus.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS (Sass or LESS), and JS
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Ability to present cohesive design approaches to a non-design audience including business, product and technology teams
Ability to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, careful attention to detail, as well as ability to grasp multiple product requirements
Ability to create information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes and screen flows
Degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
